Outdoor Festival in the Appian Park

We are pleased to announce our partnership with FAI, Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano, for a daily experience where culture encountr the outdoors experience. Participants enjoyed horseback riding trail along the historic Appian Way, alongside cyclists and walkers exploring the ruins. In addition, our equestrian center offers yoga lessons on lush green fields, while chess enthusiasts engage in discussions about the myths and legends of this remarkable park. With artisanal stands and a slow food market in our picnic area, this event was a delightful blend of nature, archaeology, and sport for all attendees.

Embark on a breathtaking horseback riding adventure starting from the medieval city of Sovana, nestled in the heart of Maremma. The riders crossed the wild landscapes along the enchanting cave trail to Pitigliano, here on horseback we explored the city and its stunning architecture rooted in Jewish heritage.
The second day on horseback , we rode to Saturnia, where the marvelous natural hot springs await us, culminating our horse riding holiday in the charming town of Scansano by nightfall.

We ended this fairy day with captivating medieval dance around the fire!

Special daily ride for rider, our horseriding adventure started from the archaeological area of Ancient Ostia riding to the beaches of Rome. We had a special lunch along the Tiber River and we made the celebration on the beach alongside fellow riders and horse lovers. This unforgettable horse riding experience combined history, nature and the joy of riding in a breathtaking setting.

During the historical festival we also offered to the guests to ride the horses with the medieval dresses and we ended this special equestrian event, where history comes alive over two unforgettable days, with the exhilarating horse race!
